At Fightwize, we started holding Free Self Defence Courses in 2002 in Calgary and it's crazy to think how much we've grown and how many locations are available now.
We hold Free Self Defence Courses at the following locations:

- Newmarket, Ontario, Canada
- Rugby, Warwickshire, England
- Coventry, Warwickshire, England
It looks like we may have a regular location in Mexico in the not too distant future too :o)
We have held courses in several other locations too, just not on such a regular basis. We've also held Corporate Self Defence Courses for many Companies, these courses act as perfect team-building events too.
