Starting February 1st - 14 Days of Fitness for FREE

Starting on February 1st 2011, we will be running a 14 Days of Fitness Program.

Sessions will consist of a very quick warm-up, 10 minutes of simple, effective , fat-busting exercises and finish off with a few minutes of stretching. Best of all, you can follow along right in the comfort of your own home, wherever in the world you may be, as long as you have a reasonable internet connection. The Workouts will be posted in a Movie Format right on our Site.

That's right only 10 minutes each day and only for 14 Days. Give it a go, even if it's been years since you last exercised (Then this is especially for you :o)

There are so many benefits to be gained by working out regularly. You'll be surprised at what you can achieve in such short workouts over such a short period of time.

Don't worry, we'll be starting off lightly and building up to a bit of intensity. I'm looking forward to sharing this program. Best of all, it's completely FREE, there is no fancy equipment required either.
